T waves changes during ischemia (or other causes) [*]

• Tall
1. Very tall, symmetrical, T waves
2. Can occur hyperacutely during ischemia
• Flattened
• Inverted
1. Deep, symmetrical, “arrowhead”, inversion
2. Highly suggestive of ischemia
• Biphasic
1. Biphasic T waves that progress to inversion
2. Strongly suggest ischemia
