Echocardography of patients after diet pill use

Drugs in question:

Doppler echocardiography is recommended (ACC/AHA):

Patients with symptoms, murmurs, abnormal cardiac findings, or body habitus that precludes good auscultation.

Doppler echocardiography is not recommended (ACC/AHA):

Evaluation of Grade 2 or softer midsystolic murmur that an experienced physician has called functional.
To detect “silent” mitral or aortic regurgitation for purposes of endocarditis prophylaxis.
To evaluate symptoms or signs of noncardiac disease with an isolated innocent midsystolic murmur
To evaluate asymptomatic patients who have taken anorectic drugs and who can be adequately auscultated and have no murmur or other cardiac abnormality.
