Speed-Dial Instructions: Identify Your Telephone Type

To make off-campus calls: Dial 9 for Local Calls or, Dial 9, then 1 for Long Distance

To assist you in this process of reprogramming your telephones, we are providing instructions for the most common telephones currently in use on our campus. If you still have problems or questions after reading the following instructions, please contact Customer Support at extension 87995.

First Step: Identify Your Telephone Type

FAX MACHINES AND MODEMS:
Because there are many different manufacturers of fax machines and modems on the KUMC campus, you will need to consult the product owners manual for the specifics on how to change the speed-dial on your fax or modem.
