Kathy Davis, BSE, MSEd, PhD, is the pediatric education coordinator in the department of pediatrics at the University of Kansas Medical Center. She has 32 years’ experience providing educational support, palliative care and ethics consultation to young people with chronic and life-limiting illnesses, their families and schools.
Dr. Davis is the project manager of Connected Kansas Kids and a Training Supervisor for the Center for Children's Health and Development. She also is co-chair of the Pediatric Ethics Committee and the Pediatric Palliative Care Committee at KU Medical Center, a member of the Council for Exceptional Children and a member of the U.S. Bone and Joint Decade.
Dr. Davis earned her bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees from the University of Kansas.
