Our Mission

To improve the health of Kansans and advance the outreach and academic mission of the Kansas University Medical Center through the development and evaluation of innovative health care and education services supported by health infomation technologies.

About The Center

The Kansas University Center for Telemedicine & Telehealth (KUCTT) of the Kansas University Medical Center (KUMC) is a leader in telehealth services and research. We started in 1991 with a single connection to a community in western Kansas. From this humble beginnng the Kansas telehealth network has grown to more than 100 sites across the state. We have conducted literally thousands of clinical consultations on behalf of the people of Kansas as well as countless educational events for professionals, teachers, students and the public. The KUCTT today is one of the most active telemedicine programs in the world.

Our Purpose

We are dedicated to helping ensure that the citizens and health professionals of Kansas receive the best available health care and health education in the most professional, timely and convenient manner possible.
