All Student and Campus Organizations are required to register on an annual basis with the Office of Student Engagement, located in 5009 Student Center. This office maintains a current list of student and campus organizations. If you are interested in forming a new organization, contact rgove@kumc.edu

Academic- organizations related to an academic discipline or school of KUMC
Campus Organization - A Campus Organization shall be defined as a group, at least 75% of whose members are from the KUMC community, including currently enrolled students, faculty, staff or spouses of these persons. The officers of the organization must be members of the KUMC community as defined in this paragraph. The group’s sponsor must be a current faculty or staff member located on the KUMC campus.
Diversity- organizations promoting or enhancing a specific culture, ethnic group or diversity of campus
Government- organizations which govern a specific population on campus
Service- organizations providing volunteer service to the campus or community
National- organizations affiliated with a nationally recognized group or office
Opinion- organizations promoting a particular stance on an issue
Special interest- organizations with a specific goal to accomplish or project to complete (usually has a deadline to meet such as the Yearbook)
