Tenure-Track Faculty Positions

Qualified applicants must have a doctorate in nursing; or a doctorate in related field and a master's degree in nursing. Requires demonstrated excellence in baccalaureate and graduate education, and a strong program of research.

Major responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining an ongoing program of research.
  • Securing external funding for research/training programs appropriate to expertise.
  • Facilitate learning according to educational preparation, expertise, and programmatic needs
  • Provide value-enhanced care to patients in a variety of settings
  • Advance care delivery, performance improvement, and evidence-based practice
  • Participate in research activities including dissemination of research findings
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to students
  • Participate in course and curriculum development
  • Assist in grant administration and program development  - Engage in service to the School, University, and Community

Non-Tenure-Track Faculty Positions

Qualified applicants must have a master's degree in nursing and demonstrated excellence in baccalaureate or graduate education. A doctorate in nursing or related field is preferred.
