Instructions for Re-applying for Fall 2010

Do these instructions fit me?
These instructions fit you if you have applied to the KU School of Nursing bachelor of science in nursing program within the last three years.  In other words, if you have applied for admission to the BSN program for the fall 2007, fall 2008, or fall 2009 start dates, then these instructions apply to you.

If you applied for admission to classes beginning with fall 2007, 2008 or 2009, and you wish to apply for fall 2010 class, please do the following:

1. Submit a new application for the BSN program using the online application process, including:
   • Part 1, including the non-refundable application fee; and
   • Part 2, including new academic data form, reference requests and new essay.
     
     
2. Request updated official transcripts for any courses taken since your last application to be sent to:

                                       Kansas City, KS  66160
   
   We will move forward official transcripts from your original application file to your new application file.  No other materials are moved forward to the new file due to the online application process.
   
   
3. Submit fall grades and spring plans enrollment form by January 15, 2010, as described in the Welcome Letter for all other applicants on the School of Nursing BSN website.
