The Neurology Section provides clinical experience and exposure to common neurological problems. The department is staffed by one full-time and three part-time neurologists. Students will be assigned to cases which have teaching value. He/She will be expected to carry out a detailed examination of the patients assigned and present them to the staff. The student is expected to take an active part in complete diagnostic evaluationa and the management of patients. The main focus will be to develop skills of neurological examinations, interpretation of findings and clinical and anatomic correlation. The student can also take part in speciality clinics such as Movement Disorder, Memory, Cerebrovascular.
