QS to 1 liter, autoclave, cool on stirrer to ~50°C (o.k. when you can touch it), add antibiotics (e.g. 1ml 1000x tetracyclin stock per liter agar, pour (allow ~80 ml / 150 mm plate), let solidify, store upside down at 4°

2xYT medium
