Adjust pH to 7.2. Adjust volume to 1 L. Sterile Filter. Add 10 ml 100x Pen/Strep (Sigma #P 0781) to 1% final concentration.
For culture in less than 5% CO2 (e.g. roller-bottles) add HEPES (SIGMA H-0763) to 20 mM prior to adjustment of pH.
