Dissolve DMEM and MCDB-302 in 1.5 L H2O. Add NaHCO3, Proline, and HEPES (HEPES is needed for culture in roller bottles). Adjust pH to 7.3 with concentrated HCl. Adjust volume to 2 L with H2O. Sterile filter. Add 100x Pen/Strep to 1% final concentration.
