Customer Support

Have you received a secure email from the University of Kansas Medical Center and need help?  Contact our Customer Support department at 913-588-7995.  Support is provided Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. CST.

Faculty or staff who have questions about, or who are experiencing difficulty sending, secure email should contact their respective HelpDesk organizations:

  • KUHA staff should contact the Hospital HelpDesk (TRC) at 913-588-4894
  • KUPI and KUMC staff should contact Customer Support at 913-588-7995 or submit a help request ticket on the Customer Self-Service site.  Phone support hours are Monday – Friday, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m.
