How to Apply to our Master's Program


KU Graduate School Application Process:

  • Apply using the KU Graduate Studies PDF form.
    – You may also request a hardcopy application form directly from our office.

  • Submit application
    – Online with application processing fee of $60
    – By mail to Dept. Dietetics & Nutrition with $60 check for application processing fee
       (made payable to "University of Kansas Medical Center")

  • Transcripts – Request 2 official transcripts from each undergraduate and graduate school be sent directly to the Dept. Dietetics & Nutrition

  • Three letters of recommendation.

  • Deadlines:
    Fall Semester: July 1
    Spring Semester: December 1
    Summer Session: May 1

  • Notification:
    The Graduate School sends letters stating admission status to applicants
