Environment, Health and Safety Office

The University of Kansas Medical Center’s Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) Office is part of the Associate Vice Chancellor’s Office for Compliance.

Our goals are to:

• Protect the environment, health and safety of our students, faculty, staff, visitors, and community,
• Provide environmental protection and safety-related support services to the Medical Center campus and surrounding community, and
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
