Residents, Postdocs and Fellows Research Day

The School of Medicine's Graduate Medical Education Office and the Office of Postdoctoral Affairs invites you to attend the 3rd Annual, Resident, Postdoc and Fellow Research Day on Monday, April 30, 2012 in the Beller Conference Center in the Robert E. Hemenway Life Sciences Innovation Center (HLSIC). An awards ceremony and keynote speaker is scheduled on Tuesday, May 1, 2012 in G013 School of Nursing from 12:00-1:00 p.m.

The event provides the following:

• Provides participants with experience in presenting their research
• Recognizes outstanding research by residents, postdocs and fellows
• Assists participants in becoming aware of other research being conducted at the University of Kansas Medical Center

 

Abstracts

Abstracts for the combined Resident, Postdoc and Fellow Research Day may be submitted from Thursday, February 16, 2012 at 12 noon until Monday, April 2, 2012 at 12 p.m. (noon). 

Presenters: You MUST use Internet Explorer (IE) to submit all abstract(s). Otherwise your abstract(s) might become truncated and/or fail to maintain correct formatting.

 

Judging

Faculty volunteers will be judging the oral and poster presentations.  Judges will be able to register from Thursday, February 16, 2012 until Monday, April 2, 2012.  A training session will be held at 12 p.m. in 1001/1003 Beller on Friday, April 20, 2012.
