Position Description
The University Counseling Service at The University of Iowa is actively recruiting for a staff psychologist. This position is administratively housed in the University Counseling Service and physically located in the College of Dentistry (Dental Science Building). We are seeking a strong counseling center generalist. For this position we are seeking a candidate with training and experience in providing the full range of psychological services to post-graduate students, including individual and group counseling and psychotherapy, psychoeducational programs, and faculty and staff consultation. Salary is commensurate with experience. Minimum Qualifications
- An accredited doctorate in counseling, clinical, or school psychology is required.
- Eligibility for licensing as a psychologist in the state of Iowa is also required.
- Reasonable and relevant post-degree experience (typically 1-3 years) or satisfactory completion of a pre-doctoral internship.

University Description
