Position Description
The Coordinator of Clinical Services responsibilities include providing individual, group, and couples counseling services to students for personal, academic, and career concerns to facilitate their adjustment and growth, and maintaining documentation of those services; developing and updating clinical policies and procedures for Counseling Services; maintaining and updating the electronic scheduling and data management system; and scheduling coverage of emergency services. 

1. Provide counseling to a diverse range of students on personal, academic, and career concerns, engage in crisis intervention, and maintain appropriate documentation and provide psycho-educational outreach programming. 60%

2. Maintain knowledge about major trends and best practices regarding mental health treatment, utilize this knowledge to help develop and update clinical policies and procedures for Counseling Services, and share this information with other professional staff members and trainees. 10%
3. Provide day-to-day oversight of electronic counseling records system, Titanium Schedule. 10%

4. Provide clinical supervision for trainees and staff and clinical consultation for staff members. 10%

5. Oversees the client satisfaction survey. 5%

6. Coordinate scheduling of emergency services. 5%

Minimum Qualifications
Doctoral degree, 1-3 years of experience in a college counseling setting, and licensure in a mental health discipline in Georgia (or ability to obtain licensure within one year of hire)
