Position Description
PCC Expectations
Key Functions and Expected Performances:

1.Clinical Practice-
a.Conducts clinical assessments demonstrating diagnostic abilities.
b.Effective development of appropriate treatment plans with use of appropriate protocols for treatment.
c.Attends required meetings.
d.Maintains appropriate contact with family members or other community agencies as appropriate.
e.Maintains appropriate communication with other providers involved in care of the student (including spectrum from other outpatient providers to inpatient and PHP providers).
f. Complies with PCC standards for documentation, treatment plans, and communication among providers.
g. Demonstrates effective multi disciplinary approach to treatment through collaboration with team members within the PCC and campus student health.

a.Maintain productivity as assigned through consistent participation in assessment and treatment of students.
b.Effective use of template management/ EMR to identify productivity pattern.

3.Professional Growth and Development/ Professionalism and Leadership:
a.Participates in peer supervision and consultation if appropriate.
b.Participates at an appropriate level in clinical supervision.
c.Effectively documents supervision and assessment of trainees.
d.Offers opportunities for shadowing by practicum students.
e.Participates in weekly case conference.
f.Participates in professional organizations.
g.Participates in outreach with campus partners when necessary.
h.Represents leadership when interacting with external groups.
i.Promotes a collaborative attitude in all internal relationships.
j.Practices independently but with appropriate use of consultation through participation in the case conference, use of supervision when needed, and other opportunities.

4.Educational and Research-
a.Clinician participates in organized educational opportunities for campus partners.
b.Provides education within the team and department.
c.Provides education within the professional community or in professional associations.
d.Willing to participate in projects as collaborator with project leaders in the PCC.
e.Utilizes evidence based practice and helps to ensure that evidence based practices are taught to trainees.
f.Demonstrates curiosity and motivation to ask questions/ learn.
g.Identifies the need for performance improvement studies and/or contributes to performance improvement activities within the center.

Minimum Qualifications
1 years experience

Desired Qualifications
2 years plus experience
Licensed in Tennesee: LPC or SW

Provide individual and group therapy to the students at Vanderbilt.
