Position Description
One full-time, benefits-eligible position commencing January 2014 is available within Counseling and Psychological Services. Actual start date is negotiable.Responsibilities include: providing multiculturally competent individual, couples and group counseling; crisis intervention; LD/ADHD assessment; consultation and outreach; training and supervision and additional duties as assigned by the Director. We are looking for generalists, although demonstrated interest and experience with racial/ethnic diversity, sexual diversity, ability differences, menís issues, and LD/ADHD assessment are a plus.CAPS is charged with serving the mental health needs of the campus community. CAPS is accredited by the International Association of Counseling Services and also offers an APA accredited internship in professional psychology. The staff consists of licensed psychologists, doctoral and masters level mental health professionals, and advanced graduate trainees in counseling and clinical psychology.

Minimum Qualifications
Qualifications include a doctorate in Counseling or Clinical Psychology. Licensure as a psychologist is preferred. If not yet licensed, one year postdoctoral experience and EPPP completed prior to start date are encouraged.

Desired Qualifications
Licensure as a psychologist is preferred.
