Position Description
Job responsibilities for this position include provision of direct individual/group counseling/psychotherapy services to students, lead a center-wide montlhly multicultural seminar, consultation and outreach, emergency on-call, grant writing, and supervision of internsí and /or externsí clinical work. This position will allow the University to address the increasing needs of students who are impacted by mental health issues.

Minimum Qualifications
1. Doctoral degree (or A.B.D.) in Counseling or Clinical Psychology.
2. Eligibility for licensure as a Psychologist in New York State within 2 years of hire.
3. 2-3 years of experience in a counseling center setting preferred.
4. Previous experience in the supervision of mastersí level counselors preferred.
5. Experience working with intimate partner violence and/or eating disorders
6. Training and experience in models of group psychotherapy and supervision
7. Experience with grant writing or participating in grant projects preferred
