Position Description
Provides clinical services to the student population, including intake, ongoing counseling/psychotherapy, walk-in assessment, triage personal/career counseling, consultation and referral, group therapy, testing and evaluation, case management, and triage, on-call, and emergency crisis intervention. Maintains clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards on an electronic health record system (Titanium).

Participates in training activities for Masterís and Doctoral level trainees. Develops/facilitates didactic seminars on a variety of clinical or professional topics. Provides consultation and outreach to colleagues, students, faculty, staff, and parents regarding student issues in order to coordinate support, success, and wellbeing of students and community. Responsible for an area of program development or departmental or division initiatives. Works collaboratively with other departments in the university.

Minimum Qualifications
Earned doctorate in Counseling or clinical psychology from an APA-accredited program. Completion of a 2000 hour internship. Licensed or license eligible within 12 months in the state of Florida (under FS 490).

Desired Qualifications
Florida licensed psychologist with 2 years experience ad one year university counseling center experience. Experience in multicultural, GLBT, men’s issues, or other areas of specialization in counseling and outreach. Psychological testing and assessment experience including LD/ADHD screening, testing, and report writing. Experience with faculty/staff consultation and liaison functions.
