$5,666.67 - $6,000/monthly for 11 months
The Licensed Psychotherapist reports to the Director of Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) and is assigned duties by the Director as specified herein. The Licensed Psychotherapist will provide high quality clinical services; community psychology/outreach and consultation services; and may provide supervision/training of doctoral interns and post-doctoral fellows. In discharging these duties the Licensed Psychotherapist is expected to be keenly sensitive to issues of gender, culture, race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disabilities, socio economic status etc. and to be skilled with techniques for counseling students with diverse backgrounds. Preference will be given to clinicians with demonstrated experience working with men, gay men, or African-American young adults.

Demonstrated multicultural experience, skills and expertise providing culturally competent clinical and outreach and consultation services to a diverse population
Clinical experience with individuals and couples using a brief therapy model
Strong crisis management skills
Experience facilitating psychotherapeutic and psychoeducational groups
Counseling experience in a college/university setting
Demonstrated expertise in working with men
Demonstrated expertise in working with gay men
Demonstrated expertise in working with African-American young adults
Experience and/or interest in supervision and training of doctoral interns and postdoctoral fellows
Doctorate and internship from APA accredited program
Fluent in a language other than English
