The Staff Psychologist at the University of Alabama Counseling Center provides direct counseling services to enrolled University students, outreach and consultation services to members of the University community, and, as needed, training to students in the mental health professions. A minimum of a doctoral degree in clinical or counseling psychology is required for this regular, full-time, 12-month position. Two years relevant work experience is required, preferably in a college counseling center setting. The successful candidate should be licensed in the State of Alabama, or license-eligible upon employment and attain licensure within one year of employment.
