Position Description
Full-time twelve month position with anticipated June 10, 2013 start date. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and with an excellent benefits package.

Minimum Qualifications
Required: Masterís degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, licensed/license eligible in VA. Demonstrated ability to provide assessment and time limited solution focused individual, couples and group counseling. Effective case conceptualization/management skills, experience consulting with faculty, staff and students, crisis intervention, and training/supervision of graduate trainees. Must also demonstrate ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty and staff and provide leadership in meeting the outreach and psycho-educational programming needs of culturally diverse students.

Desired Qualifications
Preferred: Prior professional experience in an IACS Accredited Counseling Agency.
