Counselor/Outreach Coordinator for Sexual Assault, Alcohol and Other Drug Education

Starting salary in the range of $40,000 to $50,000, accompanied by comprehensive health plan, paid vacation, and participation in generous retirement plan.
The Counselor/Outreach Coordinator for Sexual Assault, Alcohol and Other Drug Education is responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive campus program focusing on sexual assault prevention and alcohol and other drug abuse. The Counselor/Outreach Coordinator also will assist in serving as a resource to victims of sexual assault and provide short-term individual counseling for students.
The Counselor/Outreach Coordinator is a full-time, 12-month position that reports to the Associate Vice President for Student Life/Dean of Students.

Minimum qualifications include a masterís degree in counseling or a related field from an accredited program. The candidate must be licensed as a mental health professional (counselor or social work) in Wisconsin and have experience with a college-aged population (experience in a university/college counseling setting preferred).
Post-masterís clinical counseling experience and demonstrated knowledge and skill in the areas of program development, sexual assault prevention and alcohol and other drug prevention preferred.
