Position Description
Administration and coordination of counseling services, programs, and activities; development and implementation of operational policies and procedures; training, supervision, and evaluation of professional staff, support staff, and graduate trainees; budget management; provide individual counseling (7-10 clients), crisis intervention, psychoeducational programs; serve on university Behavior Intervention Team; oversee departments of Career Services and Student Health Services, serve as one of six Unit Managers on the Vice President for Student Services team; Center is accredited by IACS

Minimum Qualifications
Doctorate in Counseling Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Counselor Education; minimum of five years experience as staff member in a counseling services setting, some administrative experience in a counseling setting (e.g., assistant director, clinical coordinator); licensed or eligible for licensure in Arkansas

Desired Qualifications
Prefer some of professional experience at a college or university
