Depends On Experience
Psychologists at ASU Counseling Services provide assessment, crisis intervention, time limited counseling, as well as clinical consultation daytime and after hours crisis response in a very large, diverse, and dynamic university environment. In addition, psychologists provide training and supervision within multiple training programs, including an APA accredited internship. ASU CS is committed to supporting ASU students in meeting their educational goals. Primary assignment will be at one ASU Campus; may have assignments at any of the four ASU campuses.
~provide appropriate psychological services to students with educational and emotional problems, diagnose and provide appropriate treatment
~communicate effectively (verbal/written)
~supervise and train graduate students
~use general office equipment, including computer to enter, review and retrieve data
~sit for extended periods of time
Ability to conduct clinical work in English and Spanish
Experience contributing to provision of consultation services to university housing organizations
Experience contributing to provision of clinical and consultation services to student athletes and intercollegiate athletics organizations
Experience serving diverse student population
