Position Description
Counseling and Psychological Services of the University Health Services at UC Berkeley seeks two experienced psychologists to provide a full range of counseling services to UC Berkeley students as well as leadership in developing outreach programs to a growing number of international students on the UC Berkeley campus.

Minimum Qualifications
• Ph.D. or Psy.D. from an APA-accredited Counseling or Clinical Psychology program, and California license (or if licenced in another state, eligible for CA license within 6 months).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience providing time-limited counseling and psychotherapy, group counseling, evaluation, diagnosis and crisis intervention services in a higher education setting.
• Minimum of 2 years experience providing counseling and outreach services to international students
• Demonstrated experience with student development issues and career counseling/assessment.
• Prior counseling experience working with multicultural undergraduate and graduate student populations
• Ability to work collaboratively with members of the medical staff as well as independently (possibly at an off-site location, and during some

* Bilingual, fluency in Mandarin andor Cantonese preferred
* Highly effective writen and verbal communication and interpersonal skills, including public speaking and workshop delivery
* Ability to work with broad range of students and student concerns
* Knowledge of electronic/medical record systems
