$35,420 for 12 month appointment
Under supervision of licensed psychologists, the postdoctoral fellow will conduct brief individual therapy, crisis intervention, case management, and group therapy for university students. Consistent with the CAPS social justice philosophy and our renewed commitment to providing outreach and educational programs, the postdoctoral fellow will also participate in the development, coordination, and implementation of outreach programs to the campus university. The fellow will attend regularly scheduled Clinical Case Conferences and CAPS staff meetings. Candidates should have an interest in and knowledge of the developmental tasks facing college students, interest in working with diverse university students in brief therapy and crisis intervention, and a commitment to social justice and primary prevention.
Doctorate in Counseling or Clinical Psychology from American Psychological Association (APA) accredited program

The University of California, Santa Cruz is located 75 miles south of San Francisco and 35 miles west of San Jose.
