Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) of Oregon State University has a Temporary Psychologist or Counselor position available. The preferred start date is December 15, 2012 but can be negotiated to start no later than January 3, 2013. A 40 hour work week is preferred with a minimum of 20 hours work week required. The position is time-limited, and it is unlikely that a permanent position will open. Compensation is commensurate with experience. This position will be open until filled.
The selected candidate is expected to provide individual, group, and couples counseling for students, conduct risk assessments, provide consultation for faculty, staff, and administrators, and conduct occasional outreach activities.

Minimum Qualifications: Licensed as a doctoral-level or masters-level mental health provider in the State of Oregon. Demonstrated multicultural competence. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Desired Qualifications: Previous experience providing clinical services at a university counseling center.
