Senior Psychologist, Coordinator of Clinical Services

Baylor University seeks an outstanding person to become the Senior Psychologist, Coordinator of Clinical Services for Counseling Services.
Position Description: This position specifically supports the mission by providing students individual, couple and group counseling, psychotherapy, crisis interventions, and outreach programming which fosters personal growth and development.
The selected candidate possesses knowledge and experience in individual, couples, and group therapy, crisis intervention, supervision and consultation. Additional responsibilities include maintaining appropriate and current records on clients, developing and presenting workshops or seminars to students, faculty, and staff, and consulting with faculty and staff to identify student problems and making appropriate referrals. As the Coordinator of Clinical Services, sample duties include the following: develop and implement policies governing programs and delivery of services, coordinate triage and crisis coverage, assist the Director in providing back-up crisis intervention coverage, establish a peer review process for case consultation for clinical staff to assure quality of care provided to clients, and coordinate the assessment of client satisfaction and outcomes.
Qualifications: Doctoral degree and six years of relevant work experience is required. Preferred candidates will possess a Doctoral degree and eight years of relevant work experience.
