The Associate Director for Clinical Services is responsible for the coordination and supervision of clinical services and programs in Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) including program planning and resource allocation for all clinical services. These programs include individual counseling; group counseling; daytime crisis service; and after hours crisis services. It is the responsibility of the Associate Director for Clinical Services to provide leadership for the development, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of all clinical programs and services that support the mission of CAPS. The Associate Director for Clinical Services reports directly to the Director of CAPS.

Minimum Qualifications
•Recent clinical experience with evidence of increasing
administrative responsibility

•Experience in case management and crisis intervention

•Demonstrated excellent clinical and crisis management
skills

•Demonstrated expertise with developmental issues of late
adolescence

•Demonstrated skills and interest in coordinating a broad
range of clinical services

Desired Qualifications
Clinical and managerial experience in a college counseling environment

Experience and/or interest utilizing psychological assessment instruments appropriate for university students, particularly ADHD assessment

Experience and interest in behavioral health interventions

Experience and interest in data analysis

Doctorate from APA accredited program, including APA accredited predoctoral internship

Experience working closely with psychiatry services and student health center team members in an environment where services are integrated

Psychology licensure in California, in good standing, preferred over out of state licensure
