Position Description
Responsible for the provision of psychological services to the university community in individual, couples, and group formats. Coordinates group counseling services and outreach program(s). Conducts ADHD evaluations and completes reports. Assists with data interpretation and executive summary writing related to Student Affairs assessments. In the absence of the Director, supervises all operations in accordance with University Counseling Center policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications
Ph.D. in counseling or clinical psychology from an APA accredited doctoral program. Current Louisiana state license or eligible. Minimum 3 years experience in a counseling center setting.

Desired Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of supervising clinical work. Outstanding communication, leadership, public speaking, energy to manage a high volume caseload, and organizational skills. Familiarity with Titanium or similar electronic medical records systems. Interest in data collection and analysis for quality assurance and benchmarking purposes. Beliefs basically supportive of, and compatible with the principles of Catholic, Jesuit education and the goals of the University.
