Position Description
Central Washington University – Ellensburg, WA, Student Success Department is recruiting candidates for a 10.5-month case manager. The Department of Student Success provides resources and services for students to better navigate the CWU community and promotes student rights and responsibilities.

The Case Manager manages follow-up care for students in crisis or for students with higher needs and provides assessment and referrals for students to both on and off campus resources and services. In addition, the Case Manager also provides crisis intervention, advocacy, accompaniment, and information on system-wide operations, and victim outreach. The position serves as a student advocate during crisis situations and supports follow up to sanctions assigned to students through the Student Rights and Responsibilities area and counsels students in follow up situations.

Minimum Qualifications
The position requires a Masters in Social Work or Counseling or a related degree. The successful candidate must be eligible for licensure in Washington State within one year of hire.
