Position Description
St. Norbert College, located in northeastern Wisconsin with approximately 2,200 students, seeks a full-time Senior Director of Counseling & Career Programs who reports directly to the Vice President for Mission and Student Affairs. This position is responsible for direct service in the Counseling Center, as well as for the overall direction and implementation of policies, procedures, reporting and functioning of the Counseling & Testing and Career Services programs. The Senior Director will oversee the director and staff of career services and counseling center staff.

Specific responsibilities include:
•Overall supervision of Counseling & Testing and Career Services Director.
•Provides direct clinical services to students
•Provides consultation to faculty, staff, parents and students
•Attends and participates in various meetings and committee work on campus, including the Mission and Student Affairs Leadership Team.
•Prepares and presents information to faculty, staff and students

Minimum Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include:

•Doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA approved graduate school with state Wisconsin license or license eligible within one year.
•Five years of experience working with college students and/or outpatient mental health

Desired Qualifications
APA approved internship a plus.
