Position Description
The full time staff psychologist position available is a (10 month scheudle) direct patient care position in our college counseling center. Warm, friendly, professional staff members consists of 4 full time psychologists, a part time psychiatrist and a full time office manager.

Duties include :
Individual, group, family psychotherapy
Crisis intervention
Programming and outreach initiatives
Educational training programs for ra’s and nonclinical staff
Attend staff meetings
Provide consultation with other departments
Clinical services as determined by Director.

Minimum Qualifications
New York State Licensed clinical or counseling psychologist Ph.D. or Psy.D.
APA approved internship

Desired Qualifications
Previous experience working with college counseling center population.
Experience leading psychotherapy groups

University Description
Manhattanville College is a small (1600) private, liberal arts college, with a bucolic campus, located in suburban Purchase New York. The Counsleing and Health Centers are administratively merged.

Region Description
Purchase is 20 minutes away from NYC and 3 minutes away from White Plains.
