Position Description
The Director of Counseling provides the administrative and clinical direction for a multidisciplinary staff providing mential health services, health education and prevention programming. The Director oversees the integration of services, budgeting, strategic planning, collaborative programming, training, grant writing, research and staff development. The Director is also responsible for overseeing the processes to maintain IACS accreditation. The Director serves as a member of the Vice President of Student Affairs’ divisional planning group. This is a full time twelve month position.

Minimum Qualifications
Doctoral degree in psychology or allied field
5-8 years administrative and supervisory experience

Desired Qualifications
Experience providing university mential health services.
Experience directing or assisting in directing departmental operations including budgeting, hiring and personnel management
