Position Description
Arizona State University Counseling & Consultation is pleased to announce immediately available openings for 1-2 postdoctoral residency positions for its APPIC member training program. The positions are designed to provide advanced training for professional and leadership roles in university counseling center settings. The residency consists of 2000 hours of supervised professional psychological activities and is completed within 12 consecutive months.

Applications will be accepted until the position is filled. As this position is for the current academic year, we are particularly seeking candidates that can start as soon as possible.


Minimum Qualifications
Completion of all doctoral degree requirements from an APA accredited counseling psychology or clinical psychology academic program. The resident must have completed all requirements prior to the start of the residency.

Completion of an APA accredited pre-doctoral internship.

Experience working in university counseling center.
Experience doing triage assessment and crisis management, as well as working in brief focused therapy.
