Position Description
The Assistant Director supports the CAPS director and staff in meeting the mental health needs of students. The responsibilities of the Assistant Director include crisis intervention, individual and group psychotherapy, consultation, campus outreach, and psycho-educational testing. The Assistant Director has administrative responsibility for all psychological tests, reports, and procedures used by CAPS and provides training and supervision of testing by graduate students. This is a full-time position.

Minimum Qualifications
Ph.D. or Psy.D. in counseling or clinical psychology
Licensed or license eligible in Connecticut

Desired Qualifications
Experience in college student mental health and psycho-educational assessment
