The Department of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery has extensive experience in the management of diseases of the paranasal sinuses including the evaluation and management of upper respiratory allergies. Complete evaluation of the sinuses includes endonasal endoscopy in the office and high resolution CT scanning. Aggressive medical therapy is often adequate for sinus disease but surgery including the availability of Image Guided technology in the operating room is available. The Allergy Testing laboratory under the direction of Dr. Keith Sale and Cathy Ginther RN is the longest running of it’s kind in the region providing skin and RAST testing, and long term immunotherapy.
