Pediatric Neurology

Some of the patients seen by KU Pediatrics.

The Division of Pediatric Neurology provides comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic services to infants and children with acute and chronic neurological and developmental disabilities. Pediatric neurological problems such as seizures, epilepsy, headaches, developmental delay and neuromuscular disorders are some of the areas of special interest seen in the clinic. Services for both inpatient and outpatient care are available.

Neurodiagnostic services are available within the medical center and include Neurophysiology (EEG, evoked responses, closed-circuit video telemetry), EMG, Neuroimaging (ultrasonography, CT, MRI and MRA), neuropsychological evaluations and comprehensive epilepsy monitoring.
