Outpatient Pediatric Clinics

Artist's rendering of the Main Clinic, as seen from the southeast. Located just south of KU Hospital, at the corner of Olathe and Cambridge boulevards, the Miller building houses the pediatric clinic on the first floor. Other floors provide office space for the department and many of our faculty.

This building is the center of operations for the department and the residency program. Our residents become intimately acquainted with it. Aside from the Urgent Care Clinic and the subspecialty clinics, the Miller building also is the location for residents' Primary Care ("Continuity") Clinics. In addition, most conferences, meetings and other activities are held here.

The building is named after Herbert C. Miller, MD, who served as Chair of the Department of Pediatrics from 1945 until 1972. He also served as director of the Children's Rehabilitation Unit from 1963 until 1967. He retired in 1978.
