What is this service?
The University of Kansas Medical Centers offers a wide variety
of online compliance training resources through the Chalk online
training system. All users with a KUMC network account have access
to Chalk, either directly or
through my.kumc.edu.
Why is this service important or valuable?
Chalk offers KUMC users the ability to complete mandatory and
optional professional training online at their own pace and on
their own schedule. Users may access Chalk either on-campus or
from any remote location with Internet access.
What are some exciting and useful capabilities of this service?
- 24/7 access to online compliance training resources.
- Access anytime to your personal training history.
- Module owners have the abilty to record and track in-person training
within the Chalk database.
- The ability to sign-off and track simple forms such as the KUMC
Mobile Device Policy.
