University Staff and Faculty:
As of August 1, 2006, University staff or faculty who wish to request
VPN access to the University and\or Hospital network can now do so
through the "VPN Client Request Form/Download VPN
software" option on the Services tab of the
myKUMC portal.
Further instructions on downloading and installing the VPN client and
other software are provided when your VPN request is approved.
Hospital Staff Requiring VPN to
Hospital Resources Only:

Hospital staff may also request VPN access to the Hospital network (SMS
Net, PACS, Logician, etc.) by logging into the
myKUMC portal and completing the VPN
Client Request Form. As part of this online request process, you
will be presented with a Word form which must be completed, printed and
then faxed to 913-945-5550. Both the online request form and
the faxed paper form must be completed before VPN access can be
approved.
