Strategic directions
- Extend VOIP (Voice Over IP) connectivity throughout the campus to assure stable voice service and enable voice-data integration services.
Major Objectives (an objective is ongoing if no target deadline is included)
- Te-2: Migrate other KUMC facilities to VOIP incrementally and opportunistically over the next several years, completing the migration at such time as when the remaining cost is manageable (2011?). (MF)
- Te-4: Upgrade/replace our voice-mail system by June 30 2008. The current KUMC voicemail system will be unsupported in the near future and will need to be replaced. (MF)
