Customer Support: Server Uptime
EVC Standard: This MOE is calculated on the amount of time a key server
is down during a full month. The numbers are displayed in hh:mm:ss. Whenever a server
is down, the amount of time that server is down is captured in ServiceCenter using
the Server Down category created for this purpose. On a monthly basis, using Crystal
Reports, that information is then analyzed to generate the total down time for each
server. Those times are then converted to the percentages shown below.
