Customer Support: Server & Network Failures
EVC Standard: During business hours, 95% of all Severity 1 server and network
failures are corrected within 2 hours. (Severity 1 is defined as: Server down, IDX
down, multiple users affected.) During non-business hours, staff will arrive on
site within 90 minutes and 95% of all failures will be corrected within 2 hours
after staff arrived.
