for materials not owned by the library are filled within 24 hours, 95% of the time.
Standard: All reshelving is accomplished by closing each day,
99% of the time.
Standard: Requests from other organizations for library materials
("interlibrary loan") are dispatched within 24 hours from when the library receives
and acknowledges it can fill requested items.
