Telecommunicactions
The Office of Telecommunications & Networking provides a wide range of communication and computing services that are critical to the University's mission as a leader in the areas of research, education and patient care.

Customer Support 
The IR Customer Support phone, 913-588-7995 is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist with computer hardware, computer software, networking, and phone related problems. 

Administrative Systems
Administrative Systems' mission is to develop, maintain, and enhance Client/Server and other automated information systems supporting university business, education, and research requirements.

Library
Public Services is headed by the Assistant Director for Public Services who is responsible for coordinating reference, circulation, and interlibrary services.

Internet Development
Internet Development administrates, implements, and maintains resources on KUMC's World Wide Web servers and performs custom database-driven application development.

Training
The Teaching and Learning Technologies (TLT) team helps KUMC faculty and staff construct multimedia environments for courses or training.

Information Security
In its role as an academic medical center, KUMC balances the need for a relatively open technology architecture with the need to secure information resources against intrusion.
